Man charged after ‘chasing missed flight’ at airport

An airport spokesperson aforementioned the man and a lady were late for a Ryanair flight to capital of The Netherlands, Amsterdam on thursday morning.

Talking to employees at the boarding gate, the person reportedly became agitated once he was told he wouldn't be ready to board the flight, broke through the door and started running towards the plane.

He was banging on the window to undertakeand acquire the aircraft to wait and he then broke through a door and created his approach on to the apron, attempting to flag the aircraft down

The man, who is in his 20s, has been arrested and taken to Ballymun Garda Station where he is currently being detained.

A spokesperson for Dublin Airport said the man, aged in his 20s, was handed over to gardai and taken to the Ballymun station.
